The perfect easy access basecamp for your country get away. Located adjacent to the main building, ‘The Hare’ provides an affordable, hassle-free stay for all different travellers. This private ensuite double room features a dedicated hot-drink station and free parking right outside your window. We are proud to be pet friendly – with no extra fees for your dog – so feel free to bring them along for the trip.

You will have complete independence to come and go as you please. Starting at 2pm check-in, choose your preferred arrival method by collecting your keys from the bar staff or collecting them from your secure lock box.

You will have all the peace of a private country stay, with the warmth of our pub right on your front door step, complete with a dog-friendly restaurant area located in the bar, where your pet can join you for a dinner and even enjoy a treat from our special doggie menu.

Check-out is by 10:00am.

A quiet, independent retreat built for all. Situated right next to the pub with views of the car park, ‘The Hound’ is a charming ensuite double room. It provides a peaceful space for guests to relax after a day exploring the countryside- and your four-legged friends are welcome too, as pets stay completely free. Enjoy your in-room tea and coffee station and benefit from free on-site parking.

Check-in is from 2:00pm, and arriving is completely hassle-free: pick up your keys are the bar or from your secure lock box for a flexible, self-contained arrival. When you are ready, our traditional country pub is just steps away for a local drink or a hearty dinner. And your pooch is welcome to join you in our dedicated dog-friendly section in the bar where they can even order from their own doggie menu!

No Breakfast is served: We do not serve breakfast, but your in-room tea and coffee station is fully stocked for a hot morning drink!

Pub Dining: Our kitchen serves hearty pub classics and your pooch is welcome to join you in our dog-friendly restaurant area located in the bar.

Let us know about dinner: Reservations are not required but it is incredibly helpful if you can drop us a message or give us a call to let us know if you plan on eating with us.

Free on-site parking: Both rooms look directly over the pub car park, offering hassle-free complimentary parking right outside.

Flexible Check-in: Arrive anytime from 2:00pm onwards where you can pick up your keys at the bar or collect them from our secure lock box for total independence.

Paws stay free: Dogs stay completely free of charge.

10:00am Check-out: Please return your keys to the bar (through the letter box) or the lock box by 10:00am on the day of your departure.
