WE LOVE HEARING YOUR FEEDBACK....

I just wanted to share this with you!

We moved to Birch in search of a better life! Same old cliché! Ha! What we found was not just a amazing life but a village that thrives around The Best Family Pub we have ever experienced & by now you will know we have spent a lot of time in pubs both before Beau & after.

We feel so fortunate to have The Hare and Hounds as our local, we all could not want in any way for anything better - you make us feel so at home & part of the family. The food is exceptional, you even change and add to the menus for us! and the service is exemplary. Every occasion Easter, Halloween, BH's, Christmas & NY has given us the Best memories - our friends now even travel from London to join in the celebrations and festivities. Beau has made great friends and is so excited about future fishing expeditions with Mark & I had never seen my Mum in a pub until we moved here and now she keeps asking about the next charity auction!

The Hare and Hounds really is something VERY Special and we love you all dearly - the village would never be the same without you guys and we sincerely hope you realise how beautiful you truly are and how much you are appreciated.

Please share this with everyone so many more can have this amazing experience.

All Our Love Always,

The Hare and Hounds delicious Sunday Roast made headline news on Wednesday 4th April, after a visit from Gazette journalist Neil D'arcy Jones and his family.

The D'arcy Jones's praised the loin of pork and the succulent top-side of beef, said the roasties were very nearly as good as Mrs D’arcy Jones’s, and described the gravy as the very best they had ever had.

They also had great things to say about their seafood starters and even managed to squeeze in some room for desert.

'There is very good reason you have to book for Sunday Lunch at The Hare and Hounds, and it's not just for the gravy' says Neil.

We double dare you all to try and see if you agree...

Good afternoon all,

I just wanted to send you guys a quick email to say thank you very much for the festivities that you provided for Christmas this (last!) year - it was truly a pleasure to be welcomed into such a friendly and warming atmosphere! Walking through the front door on Christmas day and seeing the bar heaving with a delightful combination of smiles and Christmas jumpers was a good start to a day that only got better. The Christmas Dinner was exceptional with very nice food and friendly staff throughout the day. We never made it over on the Boxing Day (possibly due to the Rockin' Reindeer headache that emerged that morning!), however, headed back for a short while on Friday evening where we were introduced to an interesting concoction of drinks in the same glass which was later to be confirmed as a Skittle-Bomb! The festivities were rounded up that Sunday with a couple of lunchtime beverages, a win in the meat raffle, a few more beers in the evening... and a huge headache in time for Monday morning!!

All in all, a very nice Christmas!

Thank you all!

Steve
